RJ Gorman Contracting is a self-perform heavy civil and marine contractor headquartered in Panama City, Florida, working across the Southeast United States. We own our iron and run our own crews. We build the hard, permanent infrastructure — bridges, marine structures, seawalls and bulkheads, and foundations — and perform the civil work that supports utilities and storm recovery.
