Port St. Joe Marina Reconstruction

Gorman led the comprehensive reconstruction of a 70-slip marina following hurricane-related structural failure. The project encompassed installation of a new sheet pile bulkhead for shoreline stabilization, driving of precast concrete piles for primary structures, and timber piles for mooring and ancillary support. Additional scope included mechanical dredging to restore design channel and basin depths, riprap placement for shoreline erosion control, and complete installation of new mechanical, electrical, and plumbing (MEP) systems. The project also included a fully integrated marine fuel dispensing system with piping, pumps, and environmental safety controls.
